Terms of Service

The plain-English version

Use Resibow to track your own expenses (or your household's or one-person business). Don't abuse it. We may cancel accounts that do. We're not your tax advisor — we're a data tool. You're responsible for what you file with BIR or any tax authority. Paid plans auto-renew until you cancel. For data details, see our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; we'll tell you when we do.

What Resibow is

Resibow is a self-service expense tracker for individual users. It extracts receipt data, organizes it, and lets you export it. It is NOT a tax-filing service, NOT a CPA, and NOT BIR-accredited. We do not file taxes on your behalf.

Acceptable use

• You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use Resibow
• Use Resibow to track expenses for yourself, your household, or your one-person business. Family Pro is for actual household members — not for shared customer use.
• Don't upload receipts that aren't yours
• Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack the service
• Don't exceed published fair-use limits (3,000 receipts/year on Pro)
• Don't resell access or share your account credentials

Pricing and refunds

All paid plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. Cancel anytime from Account → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops the next charge; you keep access through the period you've already paid for.

• Free — 15 lifetime receipts. No card required.
• Lite — ₱69/month, 60 receipts/month. Auto-renews monthly.
• Pro — ₱469/month, unlimited (3,000/year fair-use). Auto-renews monthly.
• Pro Annual — ₱2,999/year, same as Pro. Auto-renews yearly.
• Family Pro — ₱999/month for up to 6 users. Auto-renews monthly.
• Family Pro Annual — ₱4,999/year, same as Family Pro. Auto-renews yearly.
• 30-day refundon any paid plan, no questions asked. Email hi@resibow.com within 30 days of charge. We'll process refunds within 7 days back to your original payment method (your bank may take longer to credit your statement).

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

Tax accuracy disclaimer

Resibow extracts receipt data using OCR and AI parsing. Specifically, receipt images are sent to Anthropic (provider of the Claude AI model) for extraction; per Anthropic's API terms, your data is not used to train their models. See our Privacy Policy for the full data flow.

AI extraction is NOT a substitute for a licensed accountant or tax professional. We do not guarantee:

• OCR accuracy on every receipt (you review and confirm)
• Categorization correctness (you can change any category)
• Compliance with BIR or any tax authority's requirements
• That data exported from Resibow will be accepted by your CPA, BIR, or any other party

You are solely responsible for any tax filings, deductions claimed, or representations made using data from Resibow.

Account termination

You can delete your account anytime from the account dropdown (irreversible). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonable. On termination by either party, we delete your data within 30 days.

Important:deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel your subscription first (Account → Manage subscription) or email hi@resibow.com so we can stop billing before you delete the account.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For any material change (pricing, refund policy, fair-use limits, acceptable use), we'll notify you by email or in-app at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that period means you accept the updated terms.

Liability

Resibow is provided "as is" without warranty. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for tax penalties, accountant fees, or any loss you claim resulted from using Resibow data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Manila.
